Shipping policy

We ship to three countries: the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. We do not currently ship to other countries.

• Free standard shipping on every order to the US, Canada and the UK. No minimum order.

• Each order ships from our local warehouse in the customer's country (Houston, USA; Mississauga, Canada; Salford, UK).

• Orders are processed within 1 business day.

• Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates.

• You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

• Every mug is packed in its gift box with protective foam inside a shipping carton.
